Shipping & Returns


It is our policy to ship orders received by 2:00 PM the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

We ship via UPS Ground service.  At your request and at higher shipping charges, we can also use UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select.

Please note, UPS does not pick up on Saturday. Delivery on Saturday is possible at substantially higher shipping charges.

UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box, only to a street address.

We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

All items are subject to availability. Prices, brand names and weights are subject to change. All perishable items ® will be shipped at the customers risk. Please note: some articles (i.e.chocolate) may melt during the summer months. Kaas & Co. cannot be held responsible for weather conditions. Connecticut residents are subject to 6% tax on items marked * only.
